Is it possible to transplant hairs through/between existing hairs? (Photos)

i have thinned areas.currently i am on finasteride for 6 months with very good results.hairloss almost completely stopped and thickens all of my miniauturised hairs.i have thick hair now.but my overall density is very low.is it possible to transplant hairs between existing hairs to improve density without permanent damage to the existing follicles?

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.  Crash diets may be harmful to your body (as well as your hair).

You cannot diagnose your hair loss condition with a photos.  DUPA is diagnosed with a microscope examination.

It is very difficult to fix a bad hair transplant, cobble stoning, or scarring.  Scar removing gels will not likely help.  Unfortunately there is no clear solution to the scarring.

It is very difficult to fix a bad hair transplant or un-do a hair transplant.  If you are regretting this, it is important to contact your doctor.  You may be able to use laser to diminish the hair growth on your face (but that defeats the purpose of why you had the surgery in the first place).
