I had a rino with rib colummellar strut Since the first day after surgery the strut graft in the tip is displaced....the colummella is desviated to the left and i can touch the graft in the left nostril.can the strut colummellar outside more and more?It make me pain when i smile.when should to fix his position ?before six months is possible?It can displaced the alar grafts?
