Yours is a very specific question and the answer depends on particulars of your situation.  Only the surgeon who placed the graft knows (or should know) exactly what's going on.  Frankly express your sentiments to your surgeon.  Depending on the magnitude of the aesthetic problem and the risks of repair, both of you together should agree on a management plan, and timing of any necessary correction.

Hello,I can't tell if it is just because you are pushing on it or if the skin (mucosa) covering the sharp corner of the graft is turning white and dying. If so, your graft will be exposed. If you are nearing this point, there is nothing left to do but operate regardless of how much time has elapsed. Go visit your surgeon to give him an update. Best of luck!
