I was happy with my semi-permanent eyebrow tattoo, but since then I have discovered an eyebrow serum that caused my eyebrow hair to grow back in. Now that my hair is back, it's obvious that the eyebrow tattoo was drawn well above where my actual eyebrow is. What cream can I buy to speed up the fading of the semi-permanent tattoo? I've heard I should get Retinol, but that's just an anti-wrinkle cream... I've also read I should use Retin-A, but that's only available with prescription here. Thanks!
