Scarless black ink arm tattoo -- which laser is best: Q-Switched, PicoWay, PicoSure, PicoSecond?

I'm from Riga (Latvia). 1 month ago a made my tattoo. It was a mistake. I would like to remove it. Ink - black. In Baltic States we have only Q-Switched lasers. The fastest, effectively, safety way to remove tattoo will be with PicoSure (PicoWay, PicoSecond) laser or it will be not big difference if I will remove tattoo with Q switched laser? The last session was in 3rd of February- when I can start removing process with laser? I heard that only after 6 months. I want to take it out faster :(

Most Doctors have their preferred laser. I use the Medio Star/Tattoo Star Combo. See an expert in laser tattoo removal for options. It will take a series of treatments for removal and you'll want to wait until it's completely healed, usually 4-6 weeks. Best, Dr. Emer

I would advise you to wait at least 6 months so your tattoo fully heals. You will need more than 10 treatments and this will take longer than one year to remove. Q Switched lasers are ok but there is higher chance for scarring and blistering. Therefore, it is of crucial importance to choose experienced provider. Good luck!

I own the PicoSure and I have been very happy with the results we have see with our patients.  It's less painful and than the older lasers (like Q-switch).
