You may get some improvement in the jowls from filler (liquid facelift) but generally the results are not dramatic and an alternative approach should be used if you really want some dramatic lifting of the jowls.  A minimally invasive thread lift can help, but the most dramatic results are achieved with a surgical facelift or minimal incision facelift.  Please see an expert.

Fillers in the cheeks will have zero effect on your jowls. Fillers to the jawline will just camouflage your jowls if done properly. If done incorrectly, it can actually make it look worse.
