You may get some improvement in the jowls from filler (liquid facelift) but generally the results are not dramatic and an alternative approach should be used if you really want some dramatic lifting of the jowls.  A minimally invasive thread lift can help, but the most dramatic results are achieved with a surgical facelift or minimal incision facelift.  Please see an expert.

Fillers in the cheeks will have zero effect on your jowls. Fillers to the jawline will just camouflage your jowls if done properly. If done incorrectly, it can actually make it look worse. If you are looking for non-surgical treatments only, there are multiple options which when used in combination can provide improvement to your cheeks, jawline, jowls, and neck. Hi,You are very unlikely to meet your stated goals with filler. Your best option for addressing the jowls is with a facelift. The next best option is FaceTite (radiofrequency) which is a minimally invasive treatment to address the jawline and jowls. Best,

They may help to reduce the appearance of jowls but they won't raise them completely. $ml seems like a good trial place to start but you may need more. If that's sounding too expensive for you it might be worth considering surgery for longer-term results.  

Fillers alone will have a modest effect on the jowls.  I do recommend them in the cheek and jawline and they will definitely help.  Other procedures to consider are J Plasma neck and jowl tightening, and non-surgical threadlifting such as MINT threads.

Thanks for your question.  Some of the deeper volumizing fillers, such as Juvederm Voluma, can help lift the upper cheeks a bit, but I am not sure how much lift you would be expecting.  You might want to consult with another plastic surgeon or dermatologist for their opinion and in-person evaluation to make sure you are comfortable with your decision if it is a big financial commitment for you.  Some patients would just be happier with a face lift if that's something you want to look into.  Best of luck!

The jawline will only improve mildly with adding filler. I see some excessive fat which would benefit from liposuction or Kybella. Your cheeks don't appear to have a lot of volume loss but could benefit from some filler. I don't think you will achieve your goals with those 4 syringes. I think that FaceTite or Infini on the jawline would be more beneficial. You need to tighten the jawline.

You have natural aging changes with a smaller jaw and chin. The soft tissue is 'drifting' and there is a lack of bone support at the jawline. The two perspectives are to consider a genioplasty and jawline augmentation for the long term beneficial support of the overlying tissue; and to consider some form of facelift. Fillers do not 'lift' the tissue - they can plump it out but one does not want 'plump' tissue to 'add' to the irregularities
