My bridge is too high, pointy tip. Will it still improve? Will the bridge shrink or drop? If yes, how much further? (Photos)

Thank you for your question. Your nose will continue to improve. You are experiencing the swelling that is common in the weeks immediately following surgery. The swelling should subside over the next few weeks. Please continue to follow the recovery instructions as provided by your board certified facial plastic surgeon.

You are very early in your recovery period and the nose is expected to be quite swollen at this point.The majority of the swelling will resolve in 3-6 months, and will continue to resolve as your nose heals for up to 1-2 years. You have not reached your final shape as the nose will continue to heal and reduce in size for up to a year. Once it does reach its final shape you may be more pleased with the appearance of your nose.

This is very early to comment but looking at your pictures, I think it should settle down nicely with time. Do talk to your Plastic Surgeon regarding your concerns, but please do have patience. All The Best !

3 weeks is very early to judge how things will ultimately look.  You are still incredibly swollen.  Unfortunately no one can really give you an accurate idea of how much the swelling will go down other than your plastic surgeon who performed the surgery.
I would give it some more time.  If you are concerned speak with your plastic surgeon.

Subtle changes and definition of the nose will continue to develop over the next several months as the nose heals and settles, and it can take up to 1 year to achieve complete healing. At 3 weeks post-op, it's still too early to know with certainty what the end result will look like. Patience is key to recovering from a rhinoplasty procedure. Hang in there!
