Which will be best to remove deep stubborn pigment and give the best results. Is Piqo 4 greater than all of these lasers?

Hyperpigmentation of any kind needs a combination approach of peels like Cosmelan; lasers like Clear + Brilliant, Aerolase or Laser Genesis; radiofrequency like Venus Viva; and constant skin care and sun protection. Bimonthly facials with SilkPeel DermalInfusion are essential to hydrate, exfoliate and infuse vitamins and antioxidants into the skin. If you have acne you can do additional treatments and peels to get more improvement. Hypopigmentation will need more of an evaluation and possibly additional lasers to get improvement. In short, all of the ones you have listed are made by different manufacturers. All are pico second lasers. But all are very, very, very different. If you have stubborn pigment, personally I'd have you do the PicoWay with a combination of Zoom and Resolve heads which means you'll get a double whammy for fractionated and non-fractionted wavelengths and at different depths. Of those you listed, this is by far the superior choice and has the most versatility. "This answer has been solicited without seeing this patient and
