Will PIH from laser fades away eventually? I am also planning Pico Genesis nxt week. (photo)

I got pico sure laser couple of times in last 6 month. the first I did it there was slight darkening of my skin around the side. so when i did the laser 2nd time, the technician went around the place couple more times than usually. its been almost 2 n half month after the laser and place looks even darker now. Will PIH from laser fades away eventually? I am also planning Pico Genesis nxt week. will it help the spot or makes it even harder. any suggestion will be really helpful.
