Pico lasers can certainly be used to remove your pigmented lesions; however, most practitioners would take a very conservative approach to this to avoid possible hypopigmentation (whitening). This is one of the reasons no one is giving you the answer you want. They simply don't know what it's going to take to remove the lesions or how long it will take. Personally, I would recommend the Enlighten3 (Picogenesis) over the Picoway. I recommend finding an expert in your area who can provide you with some before and after images of patients they have treated with this condtition.

Yes pico lasers in the 1064 wavelength can help so can old nano lasers. Hori's are very common, especially in Asian patients. These lesions respond to QSL. The rate limiting factor now a days is not the technology, but the experience of your specialist. 2-4 sessions are needed. They always get worse with the 1st and 2nd treatment PIH before improving.
