I’ve been losing my eyelashes on one of my eyes and I’m not seeing any growth of eyelashes and I’m also not sure about what’s causing that to happen. Will latisse help grow eyelashes that have not been grown yet or does only make lashes that are already grown to make them longer?

Answer: LATISSE® can only promote existing growth, not trigger new growth.

Both are not FDA approved as you are likely aware and no good comparison studies have been done. Bimatoprost at 0.03 % helps a small proportion ( about 20 % are very pleased they used). We really don't have much public data on travoprost yet.
