There is no guarantee that Latisse on its own will regrow hair loss for those that are experiencing AGA, however other options would be PRP (platelet rich plasma) utilizing your own growth factors in conjunction with Latisse have shown some promising results for some. Your other option is an actual hair transplant . Discuss these with your Board certified plastic surgeon to explore the many options out there.

Latisse is quite unlikely to help. However it can be added as a growth promoter provided you are using treatments that stop inflammation. Steroid injections, topical steroids, Pimecrolimus, and a range of oral medications (hydroxychloroquine, doxycycline, finasteride, methotrexate) need to be carefully reviewed with your dermatologist if you have not already.  Our published research back in 2010 showed that steroid injections can promote eyebrow regrowth in women with FFA. Latisse can be a part of a treatment plan (sometimes) but never as a sole treatment in someone with FFA.
