I have an area with loose neck skin that makes me feel so uncomfortable! I’m 36 and feel it ages me in that area. I know it’s most likely a combination of things; weight loss, sun damage, genetics. I feel to young for a neck lift!
Answer: Treatment of loose skin neck and face 36 is to young for a facelift. However, there are excellent non-surgical options available. Patients with moderate skin laxity of the lower face and neck are ideal candidates for the Endolift Laser which is FDA approved and used throughout Europe. I brought it to the Connecticut area to offer my patients an alternative to a surgical facelift. When used in combination with PDO Threads and possibility facial fillers, the results are ideal and the downtime is minimal. You may also benefit from selective facial fillers: Radiesse, RHA or Restylane to contour your jawline and cheeks. This will support lax skin and muscle of the lower face. The combination of the Endolift Laser, PDO Thread Lift and selective Facial Fillers is the choice for patients who wish rapid recovery, have moderate laxity of facial and neck skin and wish a natural and rejuvenated appearance.

Answer: Neck area There are a few options to consider for the neck area. FaceTite is a minimally invasive procedure that uses RF technology to tighten skin. It can be combined with Morpheus8 to optimize results and improve overall skin tone and texture. We also recommend using medical grade skin care products like Transform MD and wearing sunscreen every day.

Answer: Morpheus8 can stimulate collagen and help tighten up the skin Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Treatment for Loose Neck Skin at 36? ThermiTight or Ultherapy Tightens Early Neck Sagging You would probably do well with either Ultherapy or ThermiTight to tighten the neck skin and lower face. Living in Southern California makes keeping your skin healthy and young looking challenging because of the beautiful but relentless sun. In addition to skin-tightening treatments, you’ll need effective daily sunscreen, a good hat or two, and an excellent medical-grade skin care regimen with hyaluronic acid. Consulting a board-certified dermatologist will help you rejuvenate your neck and keep you looking young — despite the sun.

Answer: Non-surgical Facelift Hi Radachm, thanks for your question! There are many options for both men and women who are looking for alternatives to the more invasive face/necklift. Ultherapy is a non-invasive option that uses ultrasound technology to smooth and tighten the skin. A threadlift and J-plasma are minimally invasive options that require only local anesthesia for a short in-office procedure. I recommend consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon for more information. Best of luck!
