Can you use skin matching color tattoo ink when using the micro needle pen?

I have a lot of hypopigmentation on my face from acne scars I've literally tried every cream you can think of I was curious if I added a little bit of tattoo ink to my face that matches my skin color and then do the micro needling pen with that ink get pulled into camouflage my white spots?
