Using oral Minoxidil - noticed I have been having an itchy scalp from it, not too serious. I'm scratching my hair out

is this a sign of new hair growth? or does an itchy scalp mean hair loss, been on oral minoxidil for bit over 3 months - and no signs of new hairs to be honest looks worse off from when I first started

No, not necessarily. It sounds like you are still on finasteride, which is probably helping decrease hair shed after stopping Minoxidil. In  my opinion, clobetasol works well for Alopecia areata, scarring Alopecia, and traction Alopecia. It is not the treatment of choice for androgenic Alopecia. As you did not state your diagnosis, I believe it's important to recognize that clobetasol does not work for all alopecias. A...
