Unfortunately the NdYAG laser will not be effective on strawberry blonde hair. Laser targets melanin and destroys the hair follicle, and with strawberry blonde, blonde, and white hair there isn't enough pigment for the laser to pick up. The follicle's pigment absorbs the laser, causing damage ans significantly slowing down the process of the hair growth. Another option would be electrolysis.
Laser Hair Reduction is not recommended for fair skin with blonde or strawberry blonde hair with any laser machines. There will not be a noticeable hair reduction with the Nd Yag.
Unfortunately, you will have minimal success with any laser for your hair. There is some stunting of hair growth possibly, but no long-term hair loss with LHR on this color hair. Electrolysis is the only way to manage this, but that is very tedious and painful.
