I have really small ears and they aren't identical. Is it possible to get this fixed? (Photos)

My left ear is circular and the tissue is hard. My right ear is kind of pointy like an elf ear and the tissue is softer than right.

Thank you for your pictures and questions. What you have is a variation of a diagnosis known as Cryptotia. Please see the link provided for more information. This is a very specific problem and should be treated by a plastic surgeon with significant experience in ear reconstruction. These plastic surgeons are often fellowship trained in craniofacial and pediatric plastic surgery reconstruction and are usually found at Children's Hospitals in major academic centers. I would encourage you to reach out to some universities in the LA metro area and see if you can get a consult with such a surgeon.Hope this helps!
