I am not sure what has created a bump on your forehead or whether you feel it is related to your recent Botox injections. I have never seen a bump such as this caused by Botox. Some people have a condition called frontal bossing which causes this type of changes. I would get a consultation with a cosmetic surgeon.
Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. Unfortunately without a diagnosis as to what the lump is, treatment can not be recommended. If it is muscle continued botox will help atrophy the mass and smooth your forehead. If it was the result of injections it should pass spontaneously. If it is a soft tissue mass it may need to be surgical removed. See an ASPS board certified plastic surgeon in consultation, they can offer you the best advice.
Thank you for your question. Fillers can work to smooth out uneven areas of your face, however, for a complete diagnosis of your needs and candidacy for Botox an in-person consultation would be recommended. For that reason. I suggest that you move forward and consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon.Best wishes,
Thank you for sharing your photos and questions. It is too difficult to determine what the issue is and how to treat it without seeing you in person. The results following Botox injections look good.Good luck,
Botox injected into the muscle relaxes the muscles. It is unclear why you have a lump. An in person exam would be necessary.
Thank you foryour question swipperG. I am sorry to hear about your situation. Botox is apurified protein used to address wrinkles associated with facial expression. It is difficult to make an assessment with these photographs. An in office exam is necessary. Pleasefollow up with your doctor for specific recommendations. Good luck!

Thank you for your question. Most Botox vials are either 50 or 100 units therefore it is not uncommon to use the same vial for more than one patient. However, the top of the vial should be sterilized with alcohol and change needles for each syringe. It is common to use a different needle for w...
The way to determine if there is enough correction and when is it wearing off is how you think it looks. You will be able to clench because the muscle is not completely paralyzed only weakened. rely on the mirror
I often recommend my younger patients start early with anti-aging treatments. A combination approach will give the most improvement. Botox and/or fillers, lasers, and microneedling/PRP can improve crow's feet and under the eyes. My patients try to get non surgical treatments to avoid surgery. ...
