Can the CO2 fractional laser bring back rosacea that was removed with IPLs before?

I'm considering getting C02 laser. I've had one done in 2009. I had rosacea prior and went thru a series of IPL's to help. I'm wondering if having another C02 fractional laser will bring back my rosacea. Thank you!

I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. For rosacea, I like a combination approach, using lasers (ProYellow, Pulsed Dye/Vbeam, Excel V(BBL), peels and botox to the cheeks. This makes dramatic changes in color and symptoms. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
