Before you make any final conclusions about buttock implants, you need an in person physical exam to determine if your current implants are even in the proper tissue plane (i.e. intramuscular). If your implants are not within the muscle (“intramuscular”), therein lies most of the problem. Secondly, if round buttock implants were used instead of more anatomic correct shaped implants (i.e. Stanton Anatomic™️ gluteal implants), then this could also be a problem regarding unnatural/unrealistic contour.
