Pushed Back Lateral Incisor - options for straightening. (photo)

So I've never had braces before yet my teeth are relatively straight except for one, the right lateral incisor. I'm wondering if anyone had suggestions what to do regarding this (really trying to avoid braces). I've done some research and Invisalign would be preferred yet it may be stretching it. Thanks in advance!
