I have deep nasolabial wrinkles in my skin even when at rest. They are etched into the skin and not just a shadow. I have spoken to 2 injectors and they have advised against filling them as it will create an unnatural look. I was suggested to try skin-needling. I have had 3 sessions and seen no improvement yet. What else can be done to soften my nasolabial creases? Thank you

Yes it will help give you contouring but will not change your bone structure that is needed long term so fillers are an option now but long term an implants or jaw surgery/chin surgery will be best with or without fillers. Best, Dr. Emer.
