Upturned and flat columella and tip, 4 days after rhinoplasty! (photos)

Hello, I had rhinoplasty ( closed ) before 4 days. The tip of the nose and columella are so uplifted and piggish! I know that the tip will drop a little after some months, but not as much as I want. The nasolabial angle now is 113 , too big angle for me! I am upset and don't know what to do! Even if the tip drop, the columella will not probably! May the tip and the columella be enlarged with filler, just not to be so flat?

Dear Nola2016, The nasal bones should have been fully healed by six weeks after surgery. I see no reason why you cannot start wearing glasses at this time. I hope this has been helpful. Robert D. Wilcox, MD
