This is 9 months post one Morpheus treatment. The administrator went way too deep - and now I’m left with the intense pigment and scaring all over.

First of all, I am so sorry that this happened to you.  This should not be a regular occurrence.  Having said that, over deep penetration can leave lasting scars that can take up to a year to resolve if at all.  If after a year the hyperpigmentation and scars do not resolve, you may have to look at a resurfacing treatment with actual removal of the top surface skin layers, but make sure that you are going to a reputable place with well trained staff.
