I agree with Dr Emer, if used CORRECTLY the answer is no, but if one uses inappropriately - long PD, thin dermis, pulse stacking - yes it can. Unlikely with the secret as its non insulated and much weaker compared to Intesif or Infini. Combination treatments are recommended, I second Dr Emer...
