Should I try Sculptra on my face if I've had problems with hypertrophic scarring and/or dissolvable sutures?

My aesthetician want to try Sculptra on my face and I was reading the package insert and it says you should not use the product if you’ve had problems with hypertrophic, scarring, and or dissolvable sutures. I’ve had problems with both of these long ago in the past, but never on my face. What do you think?

Sculptra is a wonderful filler as long as it’s indicated and it’s used properly. To begin with, no aesthetician should ever inject Sculptra. Sculptra should only be injected by a plastic surgeon or a nurse practitioner working under a plastic surgeon. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City plastic surgery
