Would I benefit from Sculptra in the upper cheek and hollowed out eye area? (photos)

Question

I cannot get hyaluronic acid filler because I am afraid it will worsen the festoons on my upper cheeks. Based on this picture, would I benefit from sculptra in the upper cheek and hollowed out eye area? I have already had three sessions of Morpheus8 early 2022 and it seems like it made under eye hollows worse. I am scheduled to have the third of 3 Venus Viva next week so those results are yet to be determined. I am 48 years old.

Sure - sculptra is a good choice, and another one is Radiesse. These are both fillers that are less hydrophilic (less likely to attract water) and work well.  Additionally, there are cheek implants that may be a good option

You should absolutely NOT have Sculptra injected into your upper cheek/lower eyelid area as it may lead to significant complications. Your best option is to have autologous fat grafting. When fat grafting is performed by a Plastic Surgeon with a great deal of experience in fat grafting techniques, the results are natural and permanent. Fat grafting is almost like having silly putty placed over your face where it’s needed, but it’s done with a tiny cannula from within. The recovery is extremely easy and painless at least, in my hands. Using fat grafting, you can create the face that you’ve always wanted. Sculptra would be great in cheek and also lower face but Sculptra can not be used in the tear trough area.
Restylane is great in the tear trough area as long as it is injected properly there will be no issues.
