Do I have filler migration? My upper lift turns downward, can it be lifted? (Photos)

I had filler done 5 times from 2017 - 2023. I am realizing now it may have migrated and caused a lot of puffyness above my upper lip. My upper lip turns downward and when I smile there is a lot on top of my lip. I hate it and would like more of a bullhorn look with my upper lip lifted. How can I achieve this?
