Can I get more lip filler with mild telangiectasia and mild fibrosis? (Photos)

Melxx101
I have had many syringes of lip filler since 2023. In May of this year, I developed a cluster like bump on the right side of my top lip. I thought it was HSV type 1 but it wasn’t. I went to a dermatologist and got it biopsied. The results came back as SUPERFICIAL FRAGMENT OF SKIN WITH MILD TELANGIECTASIA, AND MILD FIBROSIS and my biopsy stating this: There is a small focus suggestive of amorphous material in the dermis, problably secondary to cosmetic prodedure (filler). Additional multiple deeper levels were performed and examined. Clinical correlation is suggested. I honestly do want to get more lip filler at the end of November or early December. Would I be better off getting a half syringe of Juvederm Volbella or a full syringe of Juvéderm Ultra? If the filler is placed away from where the mild telangiectasia and mild fibrosis are located on the right top side of my lip(if the filler is placed on the left top of my lip and my bottom lip), will I be fine to get more lip filler? Am I at risk of getting an infection if I get more lip filler(even if the filler is placed on the left top of my lip and my bottom lip)? I have attached two photos of my lips. One photo of what my lips looked like before I had the biopsy done and one photo of what my lips look like now.
