Typically filler last 6 months to a year, however, it can stay sometimes longer than that depending on the person and how they metabolize the products. The product could have been placed more superficially and it could have been the wrong type of filler for that area as well. Also filler can migrate over time. I would go to an experienced injector who knows how to dissolve and consult with them to get a better look at the area.
