Doesn't sound dangerous.  Sounds like you might need to cut back on your activity.At this point in your recovery, it is much too soon to be worried about the outcome.  It takes time for the swelling to resolve.  It may be 6 months or more before the shape has reached its final look.  Be patient.   Watch your physical activity. Everyone is different.

After tummy tuck, some nerve endings do not reconnect and you can get a ball of scar tissue at the end of the nerves called a neuroma. Since your symptoms are not too intense, see your surgeon or medical doctor and consider medical management. What you are experiencing is sensations from the nerves growing back.  This feeling can persist for months to years.  What is not normal is the stabbing pain.  Follow up with your surgeon for an exam.
