I'm considering buccal fat removal if not facial lipo in Las Vegas. I have hard time finding plastic surgeon who has experiences in cheek fat removal, does anyone recommend who is expert in this procedure in las vegas? and i'm considering whether to get buccal fat removal or facial lipo, what difference will they make if i go for either one? i'm 5'7, 115Ib, 26ys asian women

	Buccal Fat Pad Removal is best performed by extensively experienced surgeons who will provide the candidate with the right Ogee Curve.

	 

	Nonetheless, it is crucial that a conservative approach is taken when dealing with this delicate surgery, especially at a young age.

	 

	Also, providing the patient with the ideal "apple shaped" face could be addressed using other facial contouring techniques.

	 

	I encourage you to talk to satisfied patients who experienced same or similar surgeries and seek consultations with their surgeons. It helps to be aware of exaggerated marketing.

In my practice, many out of State patients fly in and fly back to get their buccal fat removal the same day. Since I do it routinely under local anesthesia, patients have no restrictions to fly.

When a patient has a full and round face and despite weight loss the fullness persist or if the patient is in his normal weight and the chipmunk faces has stayed all the time, a bichectomy or buccal fat pad removal is useful. It´s true that with aging the buccal fat pad tends to diminish in volume do to atrophy, but if the volume is excessive a bichectomy will not hollow the cheek overtime. Many patients are happy with the results, a proper selection is a very important manner. Usually the procedure takes less than 30 min and you can go homethe same day. You'll be able to go back to work on the 3rd day post-op but 1 week off would be more comfortable. Best regards
