I am a 38 year old woman who went under TAD procedure to reduce gummy smile and lip incontinence. My facial symmetry was damaged in an accident that resulted in lopsided smile and one side of face to have a puffier appearance. From the photos, the largest one is current. The right lower photo is from a few years ago before I started the TADs procedure. I am wondering if a chin implant and buccal fat removal on my right side (left in photos) would create the symmetry I am looking for. Thanks!
