Buccal fat removal before or after BBL?

I'm scheduled for chin, buffalo hump, arm lipo, Lipo 360 + BBL on 6/11/22. Wanting to know if I can have buccal fat removal done before my surgery, or if it's best to wait until after and if so how long after.
