Can I augment my brow bone using dermal fillers? (photo)

Hi. I have a brow bone that is more prominent in the middle of the area(glabella), and I would like to level it out with the eyebrows. I want to augment it within the eyebrow area so it makes my eyes look deeper set. Is it possible and what type of doctor does this? I cannot find any that does brow bone augmentation using fillers. I have provided a picture of a model for examples.

Hi - great question. Yes, it is possible to carefully place filler under the eyebrows to change the contour and augment the bone. This has risks though, there are important arteries and nerves running in the region and there is a real risk of vascular injury leading to blindness. If you are going to have filler placed in this region please carefully check the training and experience of your injector and it should likely be placed under ultrasound guidance to minimize the risk of complications.
