When I attempt a closed mouth smile, the outer corners of my mouth stay open. This bothers me especially when looking at photos. I have lip fillers, is there anything else I can do to my mouth to allow it to close fully when smiling?

I would try to dissolve the filler with hyaluronidase I believe they placed it too superficial.. maybe consider fat grafting I have seen nice results with fat grafting...and botox for the infraorbital occuli area.
