wearing my garment all the time can get a bit depressing and I have to wear it they say for 6 months . I'm 11 weeks p/o and my tummyis not as flat as it was the first month. I don't always eat right my weight has gone up few pounds. I work out 2x a week with a trainer. Should I be worried that it no longer looks flat or improves ? can Better diet fix this? I wear my garment and foam 24:7 and had 7 sessions of edermology is this swelling and I still have time? also had alot of loose skin before.
Answer: Weight gain after lipo will ruin your results The good news is that weight loss will restore your appearance. When you invest money and time into cosmetic surgery to improve your looks, you need to take eating habits and lifestyle issues more seriously if you wish to maintain your results. Wearing your garment for 6 months, using foam and going for endermology are a total waste of your time if you can't keep your weight under control. The photo on the right looks like the before photos of many of my tummy tuck patients. Perhaps that might have been a better choice.

Answer: Does diet affects liposuction? Thank you for your pictures. To answer your first question diet can affect liposuction results. Maintaining a healthy diet and a stable weight will maintain your result. Concerning your result, I think he would be better served by having a tummy tuck and liposuction. You have some loose skin and stretch marks. Wearing a garment for six months is not going to flatten your tummy.

Answer: Eating Poorly after Laser Lipo Although there are lots of factors that affect the overall result of any operation including laser liposuction, eating properly is an important one. In my opinion, wearing a garment for longer than a week or two does not change the result (but may make the patient more comfortable). The fact that you've gained weight by itself doesn't mean your result will be worse because muscle weighs more than fat and many patients get more toned following laser lipo. On the other hand, a diet that is high in fat and sugar can 'overwhelm' the results of the operation and gain weight so that your results are diminished.A follow up appointment with your plastic surgeon should clear up a lot of your questions and good luck

Answer: Laser liposuction I'm sorry to hear that you're frustrated with your results. Certainly changes in diet and exercise routines Will continue to be seen on your figure no matter what sort of treatment you have. It is a bit unusual to require you to wear compression for six whole months after this sort of procedure. Although, I will definitely follow your surgeon's recommendations. It requires a lot of discipline to maintain any sort of diet and workout routine. I'll try to find something that works for your lifestyle that you can stick with. Overall, you appear had a very nice figure that you should be proud of.

Answer: Eating poorly after liposuction Eating poorly is never a good idea, especially if you gain unwanted weight from it. Consider changing your habits, eat more of a paleo or caveman diet, reduce the carbs, and exercise regularly. Your lipo results will be better if you do this and lose the extra pounds. Although you say you have gained weight back in your tummy, this may be reversed by adhering to this advice.
