Aids to sleep on tummy after BBL: I will be having torso liposuction and BBL.

Every PS will have different post-operative instructions; you need to follow whatever your doctor recommends.   My patient coordinator recommends a plastic inflatable with a hole in it (called a lilo), where instead of your tummy, you place your butt, so you can sleep on your back with pillows propping up your neck and head.Kenneth Hughes, MD, Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA

Thanks so much for reaching out.  I would buy a few extra pillows of varying firmness.  Some firm some medium and some soft.  Then you can arrange them along your body to get comfortable.I hope this helps :)
