(29, F) Throughout my 20s I had an angular, heart shaped face. I've noticed as I approach 30 that my cheeks have descended somewhat and created the appearance of a fuller, rounder jawline. I'm wondering how I can try and restore a more angular, youthful face shape and slim/tighten my jawline.

Answer: Heart Shaped Face Restoration If you had a heart-shaped face preciously and it has changed this then is they result of aging and/or fat changes. To reverse this effect some high cheek augmentation and lower cheek defatting would seem appropriate. Whether the augmentation is done by filler or fat injections or implants is up for discussion. The defatting part however is more straightforward through removal of buccal pad and perioral fat.
