I started on 5% rogaine recently and thinking about a topical anti-androgen such as topical spiro or propecia. Don't want to risk side effects from oral anti-androgens. Also will be starting PRP 3-6 months after I have been on rogaine. How long do you think I will be able to maintain my hair with rogaine and PRP? Do you think using rogaine will only help me keep my hair for two more years and then it will decline? I am also on a low androgen bc pill. I want to atleast keep my hair until I am 30.

I would start out with a consultation with a doctor that understands hair loss. It's very important to make sure we understand the degree of your hair loss and causes etc... Once we identify what is going on, we can make recommendations on the appropriate treatment...
I assume you are speaking about androgenetic alopecia in this question. If so, anti-androgens, low level laser and hair transplants are options. Scalp micropigmentation and hair systems are cosmetic options.
