Would this help droopy profile, jowls, and a sagging chin/neck? (photos)

Question

I have always had a droopy profile and it's gotten significantly worse as I've gotten older (almost 42) and now all I see in the mirror is jowls and a sagging chin/neck. Would something like FaceTite help or would it make more sense to do something more drastic? I tried Ultherepy with coolsculpt a few years ago and I felt like it actually made the sagging under my chin worse.

FaceTite may give you some improvement.  This RF treatment can tighten skin up to 40%.  A lower facelift would remove excess skin of the lower face and neck to give a permanent, contoured result.  I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to determine which is best based on your skin tone and texture.

With significant neck sagging you would need a facelift / neck lift with muscle tightening (platysmaplasty). Thank you for your picture. Your are a great candidate for a Facetite procedure that will help remove unwanted fat and help build collagen and elasticity giving you an over all tighter look. However, you will also need to do morpheus8 treatments to continue tightening the skin even more as a maintenance. Good luck!
