Are there options to repair nipple nerve damage?

5 yrs ago I had breast augmentation (subpectoral - dual plane). Since then I have had pain in my left nipple when it is touched, and almost no sensation in the right. a year after surgery I was told there were no options to fix this. Have there been any advances in the last 5 yrs? Having revision surgery to reduce size and want to investigate my options.

You may find your nipples actually protrude more after the enlargement. If they are not large enough, fat can be injected, but you may lose sensation and may not be able to breast feed.

The track where the piercing went through will probably have to be removed so that this will heal. It may have formed a cyst by now.
