Why are my nipples pointing in different directions? (Photo)

5 ft 3 and 52kgs. A cup, post breast feeding droopy boobs. I'm currently 12 week PO. I had 270cc over the muscle. Why are my nipples pointing in different directions?Also, does it look like the implants are sitting unevenly? Two different shaped breasts? I've raised these points with my PS however he says it's still early days and says he'll show me massages to help? My biggest request was for a natural look :( Do you think at 12 weeks, this is pretty much the result? I'm really worried :(
