Is it okay to stop the Accutane for a few days because I’m sick?

Hi, I’m on Accutane since February. So its about to be my 3rd month. I’m on 60/mg/day I’ve been having sore throat feel like I’m coming down with something 2 days ago. My throats is really irritated. My doctors office is closed right now .
