Foremost, I would recommend you visit with your original surgeon. They will have the best idea as to how and where the sutures were placed. I have abandoned permanent sutures for this reason and only use resorbable for the muscle repair. The first thing is to evaluate and make sure this a suture and not scar tissue or other possible causes. This could be done with a sono or CT. My next step would be to inject steroids and the explore the area under local if no relief was found. The last thing to do would be to re-elevate the abdominal flap and remove all visible sutures and any tethering scar tissue.Overall, your results are good. You may try aggressive massage, heat, and stretches in the meantime. Best wishes.
