Breasts not much of a smaller size after breast reduction?

Question

26 years old, had a reduction one month ago. I know cup sizes are variable however I was a 12K (measured before surgery) and my surgeon indicated that after, I'd be roughly a DD-E cup. I realise there will be swelling but the bra size I fit most comfortably in currently is an old 10HH that I had. I still have neck and shoulder pain and the same upsetting experience with clothes/bras not fitting. I'm okay with the shape but the size is still far too big for me. Should I ask about a revision?

Although there is still some swelling one month after breast reduction I don't think you'll see a sizable decrease in size.

Your surgeon must guide you through your recovery and you must be patient with your results, in a couple of months you will see the real results of your surgery and if you are not pleased you should consult with your surgeon for a revision. Good luck!

While your breast probably will not shrink tremendously after 4 weeks, they can shrink a little bit more as the swelling subsides.  Give it more time.
