How soon can I have breast lipo after breast reduction?

Thank you for your question!  At 10 weeks postoperative, you likely still have some swelling within your breasts after a breast reduction.  Also, as the breast settles, the shape and contour of your breast improves.  It is always difficult to obtain requested cup size, as this is truly a subjective measurement and will vary amongst various bra companies and manufacturers.  Overall, I would hope that most of your goals, for which you did the procedure for (be it neck/back pain, rashes, infections, shoulder grooving, etc) improved as well as gave you a more shapely breast with an aesthetically-pleasing breast and nipple-areolar complex.  I would await at least another 4-6 weeks prior to consideration for any surgical procedure on your breast.  Depending on how much more fatty or breast tissue must be removed to meet your goals, liposuction is certainly a great modality in which to do so.  Otherwise, additional direct excision of this tissue is the only other option for which to further reduce the size of the breast.  Discuss your desires and expectations with your surgeon who can examine and discuss with you the various options.  Hope that this helps!  Best wishes for a wonderful result!

is achieved with liposuction.  Removal of the axillary tissue is not part of a reduction procedure but some surgeons will do that for their patients.  When I am faced with a patient in your situation, I will usually schedule the liposuction at least 3 months following the procedure.  And realize that it may still not get you to the B cup that you mention and that liposuction may be hindered by the type of tissue you have.
