5 months post op. 34D to 34E. 375 high profile round overs. Have my breasts dropped too much? (photo)

Question

I am 5 month post op. Before I had a small 34D. After 375 high profile round overs I am now a 34E. I have realised my breast seemed to have dropped dramatically in a short space of time. Is this normal. I’m struggling to get in contact with my surgeon and haven’t had the best experience with company post op. I have Been wearing a sports bra every night to bed and rarely go braless so feel my breasts should not have dropped this much already

Based on your photos, everything looks great and it sounds like you are doing everything right regarding bra support. Implants do not lift a breast but make you larger. Larger breasts naturally are heavier and can be a higher risk for sagging. It can be impossible for us to predict how well a person supports the weight over time. Your appearance at 5 months looks expected and satisfactory based on what you started with.

Based on the photo, you are healing well without any complication. The implants seem to be in place relative to the chest wall. If you want an upper pole fullness and perkier breasts, a breast lift would have been an option. Breast augmentation only enlarges what you already have.

Hi and welcome to our forum!Based on your photos, your nipple areolae are at the peaks of the breast cones. The breasts appear relatively symmetric. Breasts of that size will tend to sag somewhat due to their weight. It is impossible to make further determination based upon 2 frontal view photos. If you are concerned, seek reevaluation by your plastic surgeon.Best wishes...
