Breast reduction/ open wound - I’m scared can anyone explain why this happened? (photo)

It is very scary when things do not go well and your surgical team is far away. 
The wounds opened up because of tension of closure and weight of breasts affecting the blood supply to the area.
The NHS should help you heal the wounds - regular cleansing,dressings,and time are needed now. The wounds will take about 2-3months to close. 
After they have closed, let everything settle down for at least 6 months before thinking of any revision. You may need to return to Turkey for this to be free of charge.

Wound healing complications are not uncommon after breast reduction surgery. There are many risk factors for wound healing complications; not knowing your history makes it difficult to identify your risk factors. Local wound care is the treatment. You should follow up with your plastic surgeon so that he/she can evaluate you, address your concerns, and develop a plan of care. Best of luck!

Tthe most probable cause of the bleeding and delayed healing is the decreased blood flow into the area. During breast augmentation, a large amount of breast tissues are removed and would include some blood vessels and nerves. Each individual has a different rate of healing. With regards to the infection, it would be best to follow your primary physician's order. Always keep the wounds clean and dry to prevent further infection.
