Is a breast reduction from a DD to a B cup achievable?

size 36 DD each 200 grams removed corresponds to 1 cup size change.600 grams removed would make you a B.This could be done but may be

You sound like you would be a good candidate for
a breast reduction and would benefit greatly from the procedure.  During my consultations patients often mention
that they want their breasts to be a certain cup or bra size but cup sizes vary
between manufacturers so the size they want may not be accurate or
attainable.  Achieving a nice
shaped, natural looking breast that is proportionate to your body frame should
be the ultimate goal.  Be sure to consult

Since you have a petite frame, it is quite possible to reduce your breasts to a B cup size. Most breast reduction techniques are able to reduce breasts to a size that is proportionate to their body frame. A physical exam would be needed to more accurately predict what your end results might be, but I would be optimistic based on your height and weight.
