Breast Lift Reccomendations & Natural Breast Augmentation? (Photo)

Breast lift with auto augmentation uses your own tissue to add volume to your breasts. Only a certain of volume can be added, so if you want much larger breasts then I would suggest implants and a lift. In addition, implants do give a better overall shape.

I recommend a new technique called The Ultimate Breast LiftTM. This technique reshapes your breast tissue
creating upper pole fullness, elevates them higher on the chest wall and more
medial to increase your cleavage.
Aligning the areola and breast tissue over the bony prominence of the

Dear thickchick1,There are several points that you should discuss with an experienced breast lift surgeon.  First, how do you heal?  If you have had previous surgery as an adult then look to those scars as a guide to how well you heal.  If the scars are unsightly then breast scars would be too.  Second, fat grafting has some value but often needs to be repeated or revised.  Finally, a breast lift alone will not augment the upper pole of your breast.  Discuss all of the options to make the best decision.  Good luck.

Thanks for your pictures but your hands are in the way in all the shots. I would basically say that a lollipop type breast lift would give you the fullness that you desire.   You should  consult with a BC PS so that an examination can help solidify what is possible for you.Dr. 

Thank you for the question. Unfortunately the photos are not ideal. But you could be a good candidate for the vertical or lollipop incision breast lift. If you want upper breast fullness a small implant can help achieve this or fat grafting 250-300 cc of fat. Some of the fat will be absorbed by your body. But both procedures are safe. I advise you to see a Board Certified plastic surgeon and get specific advice for you. Best of luck...

Better picture with arms at side would help. I think a short inverted T mastopexy with implants is a good plan. You should see a few board certified doctors and get a few opinions. Good Luck!

Looking at your photos, you are goo candidate for a breast lift. I typically prefer the lollipop style as it gives better projection and no horizontal scar. As for the upper fullness, though, you may need to consider grafting or an implant. Lifting alone will not really address your upper pole. 

yes  we  have a modern trend  to lift and  fill both breasts  without notable  scars this  method  has  many advantages  1.- prevents  breasts cancer 2.- do not  back again to fall down 3.- i doesnt interphere  with sensibility 4.- i doesnt affect  milk feedin so it  is  available for  young  patients

Dear TC1,Thank you for your post.  A lift, whether it be an anchor type lift, or a lollipop type lift (which you are probably a candidate for as well) will benefit your shape and areola size, but will not give you upper pole fullness.  Fat and breast tissue is shapeless and conforms to the 'envelope' in which it is put, in this case the skin.   Therefore, fat grafting or a 'natural' breast aug will give you initial upper pole fullness but as the skin stretches, this will go away as well.  A breast implant, if placed properly, will give you that fullness long term as it has its own shape.  The following link is an example of an augmentation/lift with long term stability.Best Wishes,Pablo Prichard, MD

Yes but a few things. The posted photos hide the true appearance because your hands are in the way... It appears you have a darker skin tone so scarring with full lifting is a potential issue. I might recommend liposuction with fat grafting to your breasts with the lifting operation..
